Die Geschichte: Ein Tag im Café
Marie ist müde. Es ist Montag und sie arbeitet viel. Am Nachmittag geht sie in ein kleines Café. Das Café ist gemütlich und ruhig.
Marie bestellt einen Kaffee und ein Stück Kuchen. Der Kaffee ist heiß und der Kuchen ist süß. Sie setzt sich an einen Tisch am Fenster. Draußen regnet es.
Marie nimmt ein Buch aus ihrer Tasche. Das Buch ist sehr spannend. Sie liest und trinkt ihren Kaffee.
Plötzlich kommt ein Mann in das Café. Er heißt Paul. Paul ist ein Freund von Marie. „Hallo Marie!“, sagt er. „Hallo Paul! Wie geht es dir?“, antwortet Marie.
Paul setzt sich an den Tisch. Sie trinken zusammen Kaffee und sprechen über das Wochenende. Paul erzählt von seiner Reise nach Berlin.
Nach einer Stunde hört der Regen auf. Marie ist nicht mehr müde. Sie ist glücklich. „Das ist jetzt mein Lieblingscafé“, denkt sie.

Marie is tired. It is Monday and she works a lot. In the afternoon she goes to a small café. The café is cosy and quiet. Marie orders a coffee and a piece of cake. The coffee is hot and the cake is sweet. She sits down at a table by the window. Outside it is raining. Marie takes a book out of her bag. The book is very exciting. She reads and drinks her coffee. Suddenly a man comes into the café. His name is Paul. Paul is a friend of Marie’s. “Hello Marie!” he says. “Hello Paul! How are you?” Marie answers. Paul sits down at the table. They drink coffee together and talk about the weekend. Paul tells her about his trip to Berlin. After an hour the rain stops. Marie is not tired any more. She is happy. “This is my favourite café now,” she thinks.
