Die Geschichte: Ein Tag am Strand
Es ist Sommer. Die Sonne scheint und es ist warm. Familie Schmidt fährt an den Strand. Die Kinder, Tim und Mia, sind sehr glücklich.
Am Strand ist es schön. Das Meer ist blau und das Wasser ist warm. Tim und Mia bauen eine Sandburg. Die Sandburg ist groß.
Dann gehen sie schwimmen. Das Wasser ist toll! Mia findet eine Muschel. „Schau mal, Mama!“, ruft sie. Die Muschel ist weiß und klein.
Am Mittag essen sie Brötchen und Obst. Papa trinkt einen Kaffee. Danach liegt Mama in der Sonne und liest ein Buch.
Am Nachmittag kaufen die Kinder ein Eis. Tim nimmt Vanilleeis, Mia nimmt Erdbeereis. Es schmeckt lecker.
Am Abend fahren sie nach Hause. Tim und Mia sind müde, aber sehr zufrieden. „Der Strand ist mein Lieblingsort“, sagt Mia.

It is summer. The sun is shining and it is warm. The Schmidt family drives to the beach. The children, Tim and Mia, are very happy. The beach is lovely. The sea is blue and the water is warm. Tim and Mia build a sandcastle. The sandcastle is big. Then they go swimming. The water is great! Mia finds a seashell. “Look, Mum!” she calls. The shell is white and small. At midday they eat bread rolls and fruit. Dad drinks a coffee. Afterwards Mum lies in the sun and reads a book. In the afternoon the children buy an ice cream. Tim has vanilla, Mia has strawberry. It tastes delicious. In the evening they drive home. Tim and Mia are tired but very content. “The beach is my favourite place,” says Mia.
